Got a really bad Stomach Ache, what should I eat?

Okay, so since yesterday. my stomach has been hurting on and off (in the upper abdominal area, just below my ribs). I've been staying away from acidic foods, and have been keeping things simple. So far I've had:Breakfast - Steel Cut Oats from the Crockpot and a Banana.Lunch - 2 Celery Stalks (One with my FAVORITE brand of Hummus, Oasis, and the other with a TBSP and a half of Almond Butter).Snack - Two Yogi Cherry Pomegranate Raw Fruit and Nut bars (One package).I haven't had dinner or Snack #2 (which sometimes becomes dessert). I'm the eat 5 small meals a day type, so what should I do for dinner? I'm out of ideas, as I don't have any Veggie Broth to make soup, and I really don't feel like eating fried foods, as those make me feel sluggish. I have Asparagus (around half a bunch), Celery, about 3 carrots, some Russet Potatoes, Yellow Tomatoes, a can of Chickpeas, a can of Great Northern Beans, Whole Wheat Lasagna noodles, whole wheat spaghetti, some bananas, broccoli, and tons o' spices.Any ideas? I already know I'm having some Banana Mango Ice cream (Just frozen bananas and mango slices) as my Second Snack/Dessert tonight.
